New, innovative, fun, fast -- video games are a part of the future for us.
For many females, we like to play video games, even if the common media misconception is that we don't. For the sake of narrowing down topics and trying not to stray from the points I'd like to cover, I'll stick to a particularly popular PC game, League of Legends. The game is a massive open battle arena, or MOBA, created by a company named Riot. League of Legends, or LoL for short, isn't hard to pick up on. You load the game, play with any number between 1-10 people, and choose from a variety of champions to play in the game. While the champion selection is vast, it's not very diverse. With these blog posts, I hope to shed light on the inequality in the League of Legends characters due to the game's audience.
